Our focus on this day will be on developing our skills for improving our customer service at all school sites and district offices. Our ultimate goal is to improve attendance and ensure that our community feels welcomed while visiting any of our locations.

This training will be facilitated by Trinette Marquis, a communications expert and public relations leader. With more than 20 years experience in the field, she regularly leads workshops for school public relations professionals on communications, marketing and strategic planning. She is accredited through the Public Relations Society of America and serves as the Executive Director of the California School Public Relations Association.
